DISTRICT 7980 - IMPORTANT LINKS & INFORMATION MAKE UP MEETINGS Assistant Governor: Area 9 Kenneth Vaughan, (Cheshire, Meriden, Middletown, Wallingford) Ken joined the Middletown Rotary Club in 2003. He has served in numerous club roles since joining including President in 2008 – 2009. Ken was the 2009 - 2010 GSE Coordinator forArea 9. He was named Rotarian of the Year for writing a grant and implementing the Middletown Amber Alert program. Ken is also a Paul Harris Fellow. A 1989 graduate of Northeastern University, with a dual concentration in Marketing and Management, Ken provides Payroll, Tax, Compliance and Human Resource Services to small and medium sized businesses.
